FVH→25℃/3.3C10A
Expected life varies depending on usage condition (such as temperature, discharge rate), and the numeric value is not guaranteed.
“Expected life” is a lifetime assuming certain conditions and maintenance management.
Here, the “expected life” can be expected in the case of the ambient temperature is 25℃, suitable floating charge voltage and number of discharge is several times a year, therefore it does not guarantee the years in actual use.

(Standby use)

(Note1)A trickle life in the case of 25℃ constant, obtained from a high temperature accelerated test. The capacity test: 0.25C20A, Life determination: 50% of the rated capacity (20HR)

(Note2) A trickle life in the case of 30℃ constant, obtained from a high temperature accelerated test. Capacity test: 3C20A, Life determination: 3min. of sustained period.

Here, C20 shows a numeric value of 20 hrs rated capacity.

(Cycle use)

(Note3)Test temperature: 25℃, Discharge: 0.25C20A, Discharge stop voltage: 1.7V/cell, Charge: 2.45 V/cell constant voltage charge, Charge amount: 110%, Life determination: 50% of rated capacity (20HR), Cycle life of all the m series, FML series and FHL series are the same. Note that FPX series is incompatible with the cycle use.

Here, C20 shows a numeric value of 20 hrs rated capacity.

(Note4) “Expected life” is a life assuming certain conditions and maintenance management. The battery life in actual use varies with usage conditions (such as ambient temperature, discharge frequency, discharge rate and charge condition) and use history. Therefore the “expected life” does not guarantee the years of actual use.

Battery Condition Watcher BCW

Battery Condition Watcher (BCW) is installed in the vicinity of the storage battery, and measures voltage, internal resistance and temperature of individual battery. The measured data are obtained by a system controller (BCWT4) through the wireless communication between BCWHub. Two Hubs can be connected to one BCWT4 and 128 BCWs can be connected in maximum. In the case of the more BCWs are necessary, this combination is added more.
